Dear God

This a poem I wrote a few years ago. Ironically enough I feel it sums up quite a bit that is going on in the world with regards to our matters of conflict in the international political arena.

Dear God, Forgive Me,
Dear God, tease to leave be,
Dear God, I know you
In my heart.

Dear God, don’t beleive
That hatred is all we conceive,
To kill in your name
Is not the way;
To judge another isn’t
Ours to say.

Jesus; I understand your pain,
Muhammed, I understand you blame,
Sacred Buddah, I know
Your path,
Yaywheh…I feel your wrath.

We fight over whose belief…
is right.
When through blind disbeleif…
We hold the keys to our plight.

Dear God, humanity is misunderstood,
Dear God, Our vanity is neighborhood,
WE do wrong, then seek
Forgiveness,
I am sorry, I am sorry.
For a name created in cess.

We use your name,
To justify ours,
I wish it were me to blame,
“These Capital Powers.”

We know we die
While we goso high,
Riding this horse of exchange,
In a name:
Covered in a coat of mange.

Dear God, I don’t know
How such a hatred comes,
One of who and so…
Better to sit and twidle my thumbs.

To practice Islam, or to Christ,
I know that you know that there is no difference…
What counts is the geist.

Dear God, if all else fails,
And indeed it will;
Through Christ’s hands were nails,
And in Mohammed’s deserts of still
We must work together
Accept versus Tolerate;
For we are birds of a feather
Our judgement we must exonerate.

Dear God, please forgive religion,
For we misinterpret all…
I may be lost but I have a vision,
Judgement divided we will fall.

Someday: earth will understand
That life is eternal,
And that how we worship doesn’t matter…
What does is unity,
Regardless of religion
And Denomination,
This 10% of all is less…
of your greater hand.

Dear God, I apologize,
For Hate;
For Mistrust;
One day we will decentralize…
And honestly learn to live, love and trust

Can I get a WTF?

I mean really...WTF...when will Americans Take the Blinders off about 9-11-01 and the nature our government played with it's disinformation and who did this. I firmly believe that our government had a role in this atrocity. Everyone I have spoken with is like..."you're an idiot Z...there is no way this would happen....it was all about those crazy Islamic terrorists'." I bet that is what the Germans said to those who realized what Hitler was doing to to their country. How Hitler took over Germany and his methodology of doing so draws a frightening parallel to ours. Lets recap shall we:
- Hitler Burns the Reichstagg and blames it on the Polish Terrorist threat, setting his sights on Russia the onto Europe and Asia. Shortly thereafter he changes the powers of the executive to a practical dictatorship and fuels his power through the blind nationalism because of the burning.
- Bush, or whomever pulls his strings, sees the 9-11 attack as justification of not just one, but 2 invasions within 2 years of one another in the worlds oil rich middle east. Also, how convenient that both Afghanistan and Iraq were set-up and financed by the good Ol' USA in the early 80's. Now we have our sights set on Iran.

Also let's not forget that this current administration have taken executive power to an historical extreme given it's autonomy and reign over the rest of the judicial and legislative parts of our government. the executive can call on states national guards whenever, leaving the states defenseless.

There where vast trace amounts of thermite, a high end military explosive, found all over the WTC site.

Larry Silverstein purchased a 2 billion dollar policy on WTC 7 8 weeks before 9-11 specific to "terror attacks" via planes.

These are things that we all should look into as taxpaying citizens, I pray for the day we restore honor and justice to our government.

Dangerous Territory

After a lengthy conversation a few weeks ago with a die hard right wing doctor here at work I find myself very worried about our current state of affairs as Citizens of America and what this great country stands for. I consider myself a political enigma...quickly my views in a nutshell:
I Am:
- Pro Choice
- Economically Conservative and for lower taxes and small government
- Very Liberal for Civil Liberties, they are a staple of our socio-politcal fabric
- Against Strike First Unilateral Foreign Policy under the Name of Security
- Against the Welfare State, but feel the need for government incentive to better oneself.
- A Believer that there is more to 9-11 than meets the eye
So I kinda fall into a fiscal Republican and conservative democrat paradigm...so in other words I am confused! Lol!

But I digress, the crux of our conversation a few weeks ago regarded Iran and the use of Military force in this area in the name of Security. Invading Iran, or even speaking of military force is absolute ignorance given our current political disposition worldwide symbiotic to our security and Intel plunders in the name of the war on terror. It frightened me me in the fact that most of the upper class citizenry here in the states feel that war is the only answer. We are on a path of destruction worldwide, in the name of security. It will destroy us in time.

Note what's going on: Pakistan, our "ally in democracy" is under martial law and has a leader who obtained his power in a miltary coup in 1999. Our economy on the face is good, while the truth is that our home markets are terribly unstable, our stock markets remain unstable at best all the while we run a huge deficit and are paying for a war declared and being fought in futility. We are codifying the rape of our constitution and are setting ourselves up for a police state and we don't even know it. And the entire time I try to discuss this, this nice older doctor, whom has no military experience thinks that the "war" is the answer....this I feel is the consensus amog this group of academic elitists'...we are in dangerous territory indeed.

Self Induced Misery

Is no more...I have defeated the demons.

My First Blog...ever

so here I am...creating my first blog. I initially had no intention of sharing my most intimate details concerning my life and mishaps....but I feel that at this point in the game....fuck it....it will be my new therapy. I have no idea how or who goes about reading these things....but I really don't care, this is for my benefit for the time being, a way to get things off my chest so to speak.

So I will continue on with a few writings, maybe daily...maybe not...but I will write and enjoy doing so. To anyone who reads my banter...please don't be too quick to judge, as I will holds nothing back, both personal and otherwise. Ahhh....I feel good already....let the therapy begin.
